Shipping destinations
At this time, Moss Rocket ships only within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
Small-batch production & stock availability
Moss Rocket products are crafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. While we do our best to keep popular items in stock, some products may be temporarily unavailable or produced in limited runs.
If an item is not currently in stock, it may be made to order. In these cases:

We begin production as soon as possible after your order is placed, and
-
Your order will ship as soon as it is ready.
We always aim to fulfill orders quickly. If your order is expected to take longer than our normal processing window, we’ll do our best to notify you, discount your order, or provide free product with your order.
Shipping carrier and delivery estimates
Orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) standard shipping unless otherwise noted at checkout.

Estimated delivery time: typically, 2–5 business days after your order ships

Tracking: included with most shipments

Delivery dates: estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods
Order processing and ship times
We process and ship orders on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed Monday–Friday: typically ship the next business day

Orders placed on weekends or holidays: ship the next business day
Please note during promotions, holidays, or periods of high demand (and when items are being made to order), processing may take longer.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and destination.
Expedited shipping
At this time, we do not offer next-day or expedited shipping.
Incorrect addresses and returned packages
Please confirm your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once it’s received back. Additional shipping charges may apply.

If you believe you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible at mossrocketglass@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you can’t locate it, please check around your delivery area and contact your local USPS office first. If you still need help, email us at mossrocketglass@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll assist.
