30-day satisfaction guarantee

Moss Rocket backs our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery (as shown by carrier tracking).

Eligibility for returns & refunds

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

First-time customers

If this is your first purchase from Moss Rocket, you may return eligible items from that order for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price or store credit.

Returning customers

If this is not your first purchase, items must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund/store credit:

  • Opened or used products (except where required by law)

  • Items returned with missing, damaged, or altered packaging

  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such at the time of purchase)

CBD product safety note: For product safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened or used.

How to start a return

To request a return, contact us at mossrocketglass@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • The reason for the return (helps us improve, but not always required)

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

  • Unless a return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit, or defective), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges paid at checkout (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mossrocketglass@gmail.com and include photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label (if possible)

We’ll work with you to make it right (replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation and inventory availability).

Refunds and store credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you may receive either:

  • A refund to your original payment method, or

  • Store credit (issued as a digital gift card or discount code)

Refund timing: If approved, refunds are processed after inspection. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider but typically post within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, the fastest approach is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at mossrocketglass@gmail.com. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be eligible for cancellation.
